Here's what to expect for delivery. Your exact options and cost are always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Delivery cost

• Free United Kingdom delivery on orders over £50.
• Orders under £50 pay a flat £4.99 delivery charge.

Where we ship

We deliver within United Kingdom. We currently ship within the UK only.

Estimated delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Large and bulky dog beds

Some of our beds, such as the extra-large foam beds and the raised beds, arrive in large boxes. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel, and check the listed size of the box contents against the space you have for the bed.

When your order arrives

• Open the box soon after it arrives. Foam and fibre-filled beds are often packed compressed. Pat the bed firmly, leave it in a warm, airy room and give it a day or two to recover its shape.
• Check it over. If anything is damaged or missing, email us with your order number and photos as soon as you can.
• Keep the packaging until you are happy with the bed, in case you need to return it.
